I. Operating Method
1. Before operation: Operators must be certified to work. Inspect the operation site to ensure there are no obstacles or high-voltage lines, and the ground should be solid. Check that the vehicle structure, hydraulic/electrical system, safety devices (emergency stop, limit, anti-fall) and protective equipment are in good condition and effective.
2. During operation: After parking, extend the outriggers to level the vehicle. Conduct an empty-load test run without any abnormalities before proceeding with the operation. Strictly control the rated load and operating range. Ensure smooth operation without sudden stops or turns. Platform personnel should fasten their safety belts. Stop the machine and reset it immediately in bad weather.
3. After the operation: Lower the platform, reset the boom, retract the outriggers, cut off the power supply, clean the equipment, check for any damage or leakage, and keep a good operation record.
Ii. Maintenance Methods
1. Daily maintenance: Clean the equipment daily, tighten the outrigger and boom connection parts, lubricate the hinges, rotating parts and other components as required, and check the tire pressure and pipeline leakage.
2. Regular maintenance: Replace hydraulic oil and filter elements on a regular basis, inspect the accuracy of the boom structure and safety devices, repair electrical components and hydraulic systems, handle rust and wear issues, and keep maintenance records.
