1.Before driving and operating a vehicle-mounted crane, the driver must undergo professional training and pass the assessment of relevant departments, holding a legal motor vehicle driving license and a special lifting machinery operation permit. It is strictly prohibited to operate after drinking alcohol or when feeling unwell.
2. The maintenance of CNS truck cranes is of vital importance. Drivers must follow the manufacturer's instructions and conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that the vehicle is always in the best condition.
3. During operation, the lifting capacity and working radius specified in the lifting characteristics table must be strictly adhered to. Any form of overloading operation is strictly prohibited.
4. When parking, the truck-mounted crane should be parked on a flat and solid ground, and at the same time keep a safe distance from the surrounding ditches and foundation pits.
5. Before driving, make sure that all arms, hooks and support legs are retracted. During driving, one should maintain a stable speed and avoid emergency braking. When passing through railway crossings or uneven sections, you need to slow down. When going downhill, it is strictly forbidden to coast in neutral. When reversing, there must be a dedicated person to direct. When driving in winter, necessary anti-skid measures should be taken.
6.Before operating the vehicle-mounted crane, it is necessary to ensure that all outriggers are extended. For soft or insufficiently load-bearing ground, sleepers should be placed under the support to enhance stability. Adjust the height of the outriggers to ensure the crane is stable.
7. The adjustment of the support legs should be carried out under no-load conditions, and the extended boom should be retracted at the same time. During the operation process, it is strictly prohibited to adjust the outrigger control valve at will.
8.Before conducting hoisting operations, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to ensure that all components of the crane are complete, intact and in compliance with safety regulations. After startup, conduct no-load operation to check the working conditions of all operating devices, brakes, hydraulic devices and safety devices, ensuring they are normal, sensitive and reliable. It is strictly prohibited to operate machines with defects. Before the operation, it is also necessary to carefully observe whether there are any obstacles within the rotation range of the crane.
